矿物粉体/聚丙烯复合材料力学性能研究
Study on Mechanical Properties of Mineral Powder/Polypropylene Composite
【摘要】 为提高聚丙烯基复合材料的力学性能,将不同种类不同质量分数的非金属矿物粉体作为增强体引入聚丙烯中,并根据矿物粉体/聚丙烯复合材料的力学性能确定最佳制备工艺条件。结果表明:非金属矿物粉体的添加对聚丙烯的力学性能都有不同程度的提高。改性滑石和改性硅灰石都能同时增强复合材料的韧性和强度,并且改性滑石的添加量高于改性硅灰石,在实际工业应用中可节约复合材料的生产成本。
【Abstract】 Different kinds of nonmetallic mineral powders were introduced into polypropylene under different conditions to improve the mechanical properties of polypropylene matrix composites. According to the mechanical properties of mineral powder/polypropylene composites, the optimum preparation conditions were determined. The results show that, the mechanical properties of polypropylene have been improved by nonmetallic mineral powders at different degree. Modified talcum and modified wollastonite can both enhance the toughness and strength of the composites materials at the same time. Moreover, the addition of modified talcum is higher than that of modified wollastonite, which can save production cost of composite materials in practical industrial applications.
