mPE/POE对HDPE的增韧改性研究
Effects of mPE/POE on HDPE’s Toughening Modification
【摘要】 论文采用3980FL、DF810、9071、8540四种聚烯烃弹性体(POE)和茂金属聚乙烯(m PE)1018LA为增韧剂,对高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)进行共混增韧改性;比较了不同增韧剂、增韧剂含量和不同配比的POE/m PE对HDPE的韧性和流动性能的影响.实验结果表明:POE和m PE加入均使共混材料的简支梁缺口冲击强度相对于纯HDPE有所提高,但1018LA的增韧效果不如POE,DF810的增韧效果最好;同时它们均使共混材料的熔体质量流动速率(MFR)相对于纯HDPE有所下降;m PE和POE之间具有协同效应,当共混材料的m PE∶POE∶HDPE质量份数比为15:30:100时,共混材料的简支梁缺口冲击强度为67KJ/m2,相对纯HDPE其简支梁缺口冲击强度提高了1269%,成本相对较低.
【Abstract】 Four kinds of polyolefin elastomer(POE),3980 FL,DF810,9071,8540 and metallocene polyethylene(m PE) were employed as toughener in this paper.The effect was intensified when the toughener were blended with high density polyethylene(HDPE).The influence of different toughening agents, toughening content and different proportions of POE/m PE on the toughness and flow properties of HDPE was compared. The results showed that: the charpy notch impact strength of blending material increased when POE and m PE blended with pure HDPE.However,1018 LA was not as good as POE on the toughening effect and the toughening effect of DF810 was best. At the same time, the melt mass flow rate(MFR) of the blends decreased relative to pure HDPE and there was a synergistic effect between m PE and POE. When the ratio of mass fraction of m PE, POE and HDPE was 15∶30∶100, the short beam notch impact strength of the blends was 67 KJ/m2 and the phase impact on the freely supported beam notch of pure HDPE was strong. The degree was increased by 1269% with relatively low cost.
