茶叶或茶青中有机磷和氨基甲酸酯类农药残留快速检测方法

【摘要】 建立了一种茶叶或茶青中的有机磷和氨基甲酸酯类农药残留的酶抑制快速检测方法。考察了样品提取时间和进样量对酶抑制率的影响。以有机磷类农药甲胺磷和氨基甲酸酯类农药呋喃丹为代表做方法的重现性测定,相对标准偏差小于2%。以甲胺磷和呋喃丹做加标回收率,其平均回收率的范围在70~110(%)。敌敌畏、呋喃丹、灭多威等多种农药的方法检测灵敏度为0.01~1(mg/kg)。茶叶样品同时用快速检测方法和传统色谱方法测定,两种方法的测定结果有较好的相似度。

【Abstract】 A rapid enzyme inhibition method for the determination of organophosphorus and carbamate pesticide residues in fresh and processed tea leaves was established. The effect of sample extraction time and sampling quantity on enzyme inhibition rate was investigated. Reproducibility tests done with organophosphorus pesticide Methamidophos and carbamate pesticide carbofuran have shown that the relative standard deviation is less than 2%. The average recovery rate of Methamidophos and carbofuran is 70~110(%). The detection limit is 0.01-1(mg/kg)for pesticides such as dichlorovos,carbofuran and methomyl. Tea samples were measured by rapid detection method and traditional chromatographic method,and the results showed good similarity.
