常见菌糠营养特性及棉酚含量分析
Nutritional characteristics and gossypol content analysis of common spent mushroom substrate
【摘要】 采用CNCPS法评价11种菌糠营养特性,并评定其相对饲喂价值。结果表明,菌糠的NDF、ADF分别为34.23%~63.85%、23.04%~46.80%,在碳水化合物组分中,菌糠的(CA+CB1+CB2)含量为26.68%~61.78%,CC为38.51%~73.32%;菌糠的CP含量为9.00%~16.17%,在蛋白质组分中,PA为18.42%~38.33%,PB为29.56%~55.20%,PC为21.16%~48.69%;菌糠的RFV为76.40~192.81,除杏鲍菇、真姬菇、茶树菇菌糠和银耳菌糠的RFV小于100外,其余菌糠均大于100。菌糠的游离棉酚为88.96~151.82 mg/kg。菌糠可以代替反刍动物的部分饲料。
【Abstract】 The CNCPS method was carried out to evaluate the nutritional properties and the relativefeeding value(RFV) of 11 kinds of spent mushroom substrate(SMS). The results indicated that NDFand ADF of SMS were 34.23%~63.85% and 23.04%~46.80%, respectively. Among the carbohydratecomponents, the content of available carbohydrates in SMS was 26.68%~61.78%, CC was 38.51%~73.32%. The CP content of SMS was 9.00%~16.17%. Among the protein components, PA was 18.42%~38.33%, PB was 29.56%~55.20%, PC was 21.16%~48.69%. The RFV of SMS was 76.40~192.81. TheRFV of Pleurorus eryngi var. eryngi, Hypsizygus marmoreus, Agrocybe aegerita and Tremella were lessthan 100, others SMS were more than 100. The free gossypol was 88.96~151.82 mg/kg. SMS can re-place the ruminant part of the roughage.
