蛋鸡料粒度调控及其对蛋鸡生产性能的影响
Regulation of the layer feed particle size and the effect on the layer production performance
【摘要】 我国是世界最大的家禽生产国和消费国,通过改进饲料加工工艺来提高饲料利用率对蛋鸡生产具有重要意义,试验研究饲料粒度调控以及饲料粒度对蛋鸡生产性能影响。试验分为对照组和试验组2个处理,每个处理5个重复,每个重复200只鸡,对照组所用饲料为锤片粉碎机工艺生产,试验组所用饲料为改进后的对辊粉碎机工艺生产,两组日粮配方相同。结果表明:(1)试验组粉碎玉米粒度在7~18目的比例平均达到(61.22±2.44)%,且粒度符合理想粒度的要求,对照组的玉米粒度在7~18目的比例平均为(30.67±1.30)%,两种不同工艺对比差异极显著(P<0.01);试验组制备得到的蛋鸡料适宜粒度(7~18目)比例达到(55.57±1.26)%,粒度分布符合理想粒度的要求,对照组的蛋鸡料适宜粒度比例为(39.03±1.36)%,差异极显著(P<0.01);(2)试验组与对照组相比极显著提高了蛋鸡产蛋率、平均蛋重、平均采食量,极显著降低料蛋比和不合格蛋率(P<0.01)。使用改进的对辊粉碎机生产的饲料粒度达到了蛋鸡理想粒度,并且提高了蛋鸡生产性能。
【Abstract】 China is the world’s largest country about poultry producer and consumer, it is very impor-tant for layer production to improve the feed processing and increase the feed utilization rate. This ex-periment was conducted to study improving feed particle size and the effect on the layer productionperformance. This experiment setted two treatments, included the control group and the test group, ev-ery treatment included five repeats,every repeat included layer 200. The recipe was the same, the feedof the control group was produced by the hammer mill, and the feed of the test group was produced bythe improved roll mill. The results showed that:(1) The average corn particle size(between 7~18 mesh) of the test group was(61.22±2.44)%, which was in the ideal particle size range, crushed cornsize by the hammer mill was only(30.67±1.30)% between 7~18 mesh, there were extremely significantdifferences between the two different processes(P<0.01). The average layer product particle size be-tween 7~18 mesh of the test was(55.57±1.26)%, which was in the ideal particle size range, crushedlayer feed by the hammer mill was only(39.02±1.36)% between 7~18 mesh, there were significant dif-ferences between the two different processes(P<0.01).(2) Compared with the control group, the layerproduction performance of the test group include laying rate, average egg weight, average feed intakewere all extremely significantly increased, and FCR, unqualified egg rate were all extremely signifi-cantly decreased(P<0.01). The product particle size which was produced by the improved roll millreached the ideal particle size of the layer feed, and improved layer production performance.
