饲料吨袋全自动卸料机翻转框架的优化设计

【摘要】 针对振动电机的激励对饲料吨袋全自动卸料机翻转框架在卸料工况卸料时产生的影响,对翻转框架的结构进行优化。采用ANSYS Workbench软件对饲料吨袋全自动卸料机翻转框架进行模态和谐响应分析。得到了激励频率与翻转框架薄弱部位的变形、应力之间的响应曲线,确定了翻转框架敏感频率范围在35 Hz和66 Hz附近,最大变形量和应力值分别为4.71 mm、450 MPa,翻转框架薄弱处优化后的最大变形量和应力值分别下降了30%和49.3%,所对应的敏感频率范围在41 Hz和76 Hz附近,当激励频率为76 Hz时,最大变形量和应力值分别为2.35 mm、116.8 MPa。通过综合分析,优化后的翻转框架的最大变形量和应力值均满足翻转框架的衡量标准,同时其动态特性也得到了提高,为饲料吨袋全自动卸料机样机的制造和后期优化提供了参考。

【Abstract】 Point at the influence of vibration motor excitation on the feed automatic unloading machine of the ton-bag in the case of unloading in limiting condition, the structure of the turn frame is optimized. The modal and harmonic response analysis of the feed automatic unloading machine of the tonbag is conducted by using ANSYS Workbench software. The response curves between the excitation frequency and the deformation and stress of weak parts of the turn frame were obtained. It was determined that the sensitive frequency of the turn frame was around 35 Hz and 66 Hz, the maximum deformation was 4.71 mm and the maximum stress was 450 MPa. The maximum deformation and stress values of weak parts of the turn frame were reduced by 30% and 49.3% respectively and the sensitive frequency range was changed to 41 Hz and 76 Hz nearby after optimization. The maximum deformation and stress values were 2.35 mm and 116.8 MPa respectively when the excitation frequency was 76 Hz.Through comprehensive analysis, the maximum deformation and stress of the optimized turn frame can meet the criterion of the turn frame and improve dynamic performance, which provides a reference for the optimization design and manufacture of feed automatic unloading machine of the ton-bag.
