居住建筑室内自然通风研究——以广州市金山谷社区为例

【摘要】 以广州市番禺区金山谷社区高层住宅为研究对象,选取其中的6个典型户型,通过测试当天的主导风向,判断各户型进风口和出风口,测量各进风口和出风口的平均风速和通风开口面积大小,计算出通风量,从而得出户型内各房间的通风换气次数。通过计算,总结出适宜形成穿堂风通道、改善室内自然通风效果的户型类型,为项目方案设计阶段以及施工图设计阶段提供参考。

【Abstract】 In the case of high-rise apartment buildings of the Jinshangu community in Panyu District,G uangzhou,six typical units are selected. Through testing intraday leading wind direction,the air inlet and air outlet of each type of unit would be judged,the average wind speed of each air inlet and air outlet and the opening area of ventilation is measured,the ventilation volume is calculated,thereby,the ventilation frequency of each room in the apartment is obtained. Through the calculation,the proper house type of forming channel of draught is summarized,improving the effect of indoor natural ventilation and providing reference for schematic design phase and construction documents design phase of the project.
