免拆保温外模板现浇复合系统抗裂技术研究

【摘要】 通过大型耐候性试验,对免拆保温外模板现浇复合系统目前常用的4种面层构造做法进行了抗裂性能测试研究。测试结果表明,不合理的面层构造做法是引起系统开裂的重要原因之一,而引入具有一定柔性和蓄热性能的胶粉聚苯颗粒浆料作为找平过渡层则可以很好地解决系统面层开裂问题。同时探讨分析了导致免拆保温外模板现浇复合系统开裂的影响因素与作用机理。

【Abstract】 Based on the large weather resistance test,the anti-cracking performance of the four kinds of surface construction methods used in the composite system of thermal insulation and non-thermal insulation outer formwork are tested and studied. The test results show that the unreasonable surface structure is one of the important causes to system cracking,and the flexible and regenerative polystyrene powder particles as leveling slurry and transition layer can solve the surface cracking well. At the same time,the influencing factors and the mechanism of cracking of the cast-in-place composite system without thermal insulation are discussed and analyzed.
