【摘要】 目的分析2007—2016年宜昌市城区慢性病死亡及早死概率等相关指标的趋势变化,为实施及评估慢性病防治规划提供基础数据。方法利用宜昌市城区2007—2016年死亡登记资料,分析慢性病导致死亡占总死亡比、慢性病死亡率、期望寿命等指标,应用世界卫生组织推荐方法计算四类慢性病早死概率。结果 2007—2016年宜昌市城区的慢性病导致死亡占总死亡比例、慢性病死亡率呈上升趋势,分别由82.48%上升87.72%,448.64/10万上升至591.73/10万;2007—2016年宜昌市城区期望寿命呈增长趋势,由74.83岁增长至78.24岁;宜昌市城区四类慢病过早死亡概率2007—2016年呈下降趋势,由2007年的18.99%下降至2016年的14.95%。结论宜昌市城区慢性病死亡占总死亡的比例、期望寿命、四类慢病早死概率等指标呈趋势性变化,为实现防治慢性病中长期规划的目标,应进一步加强慢性病危险因素的干预。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the trend changes of related indicators such as the death and early death probability of chronic diseases in Yichang City from 2007 to 2016,and provide basic data for the implementation and assessment of chronic disease prevention and control plan. Methods According to the registration data of death from 2007 to 2016 in urban area of Yichang City,the proportion of death caused by chronic diseases,the mortality of chronic diseases and the expectation of life were analyzed. The probability of premature death of four kinds of chronic diseases was calculated by World Health Organization recommended method.Results Chronic diseases in urban areas of Yichang City led the proportion of deaths to total deaths,and the mortality rate of chronic diseases was on an upward trend,increasing from 82. 48% to 87. 72%,and from 448. 64/100 000 to 591. 73/100 000 respectively.Life expectancy increased from 74. 83 to 78. 24 years old; the probability of premature death of four types of chronic diseases in Yichang City decreased from 2007 to 2016,from 18. 99% in 2007 to 14. 95% in 2016. Conclusion The proportions of death of chronic diseases,total life expectancy and the probability of premature death in four types of chronic diseases showed a trend of change in Yichang City. In order to achieve the long-term planning for the prevention and control of chronic diseases,the intervention of risk factors should be further strengthened.更多还原
