【摘要】 目的探讨高位胆管空肠Roux-en-Y吻合术后吻合口狭窄再次手术的方法及临床意义。方法回顾性分析武汉大学人民医院19例高位胆管空肠Roux-en-Y吻合术后吻合口狭窄需再次手术治疗病人的临床资料。结果 19例病人均行吻合口重建手术,且术中、术后无死亡病例;术后仅有1例病人出现胆漏,2例病人出现胆管炎。结论针对胆管空肠Roux-en-Y吻合术后吻合口狭窄再次手术病人的实际情况及狭窄不同程度,结合CT或MRI等影像学检查结果制定针对性治疗方案,有助于提高手术成功率并改善病人恢复情况。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the method and clinical significance of non-planned reoperation for anastomotic stricture after Roux-en-Y anastomosis of high bile duct and jejunum.Methods The clinical data of 19 patients with anastomotic stricture after Roux-en-Y choledochojejunostomy who needed reoperation were analyzed.Results All 19 patients underwent anastomotic reconstruction without any death.In all patients,bile leakage occurred only in 1 patient and cholangitis occurred in 2 patients.Conclusions According to the actual situation of the patients with anastomotic stricture after Roux-enY choledochojejunostomy and the findings of CT or MRI,it is helpful to improve the success rate of the operation and the recovery of the patients.更多还原
