SOX9在肾癌组织中的表达及其与肾癌发病的相关性
Expression of SOX9 in renal cell carcinoma and its correlation with the pathogenesis of renal carcinoma
【摘要】 目的检测SOX9在肾癌组织中的表达,探讨其与肾癌发病的相关性。方法选购组织芯片,包含110例肾癌组织及10例正常肾组织,采用免疫组织化学染色检测SOX9的表达,对比其中差异,并分析SOX9的表达与患者性别、年龄、组织分级、临床分期、TNM分期的相关性。结果 SOX9在肾癌组织中的表达水平高于正常肾组织(P<0.01),与低分化的组织分级(1级)及高级别的临床分期(Ⅱ~Ⅳ)呈显著相关(P<0.05),与患者性别、年龄、TNM分期未见明显相关(P>0.05)。结论 SOX9在肾癌组织中具有较高的阳性表达率,SOX9基因可能参与了肾细胞癌的发病机制,促进或加速肿瘤的发生与发展。
【Abstract】 Objective To detect the expression of SOX9 in renal cell carcinoma and its correlation with the pathogenesis of renal cell carcinoma. Methods The tissue microarray,including 110 cases of renal carcinoma and 10 normal renal tissues,were selected. Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of SOX9 and the differences were compared. The correlation between the SOX9 expression and the gender,age,histological grade,clinical stage and TNM stage was analyzed. Results The expression of SOX9 in renal cell carcinoma was higher than that in normal renal tissue( P < 0. 05),there was significant correlation between low differentiated tissue grade( grade I) and high grade clinical stage( II to IV)( P < 0. 05),but the expression of SOX9 was not related to gender,age and TNM stage( P > 0. 05).Conclusions SOX9 protein has a high positive expression rate in renal cell carcinoma,and SOX9 gene may be involved in the pathogenesis of renal cell carcinoma and promote or accelerate the formation of tumor.
