【Abstract】 Mosaic image is a kind of artistic effect which is rendered by non-realistic rendering technology,which synthesizes a large image by packing a collection of small colored tiles.In recent years,information hiding based on mosaic images has become a research hotspot.The research on the combination of mosaic technology and reversible watermarking technology has important application value in the field of covert communication.This paper introduces the concept,characteristics and classification ofmosaic images,focuses on the characteristics of the covert communication technology based on mosaic images,analyzes the research status in this field,summarizes the main problems in the existing methods and points out the research direction and development trend in the future.It provides a reference for the research of covert communication based on mosaic image.更多还原
