子弹测速与记录装置的设计与实现
Design and Implementation of Bullet Velocity Measuring and Recording Device
【摘要】 子弹射出枪口的初速度是用来衡量枪支质量的重要技术指标。为了方便地测量和记录子弹初速度,以方便后期的数据分析,本文设计了一款子弹速度测量与记录装置。该测量装置以STC89C52单片机为控制核心,使用光电传感器和计时装置组成测速单元。测试时间和测试结果通过液晶显示器显示,并通过WIFI模块将测量值发送到手机APP上进行同步显示。通过键盘可以实现对测量数据的保存、查看等功能操作。该装置小巧、便捷、功能完善,具有较好的应用价值。
【Abstract】 The muzzle velocity of bullet is an important technical indicator used to measure the quality of guns. In order to measure and record the muzzle velocity expediently for the convenience of later data analysis, a velocity measuring and recording device was designed in this paper. In the design, the single chip microcomputer STC89 C52 was used as the control centre, and photoelectric sensor and timing device were used to constitute the velocity measurement unit. The test time and results can be displayed on LCD, and the measured values will be sent to mobile phone APP via WIFI module for synchronous display. By keyboard, the measured data can be saved and look over expediently. The device has the characters of small and exquisite, convenient and fast, thorough functions, thus has preferable application value.
