基于Boost电路与卡尔曼滤波的无刷直流电机转矩脉动抑制方法研究
Research on Torque Ripple Suppression of Brushless DC Motor Based on Boost Circuit and Kalman Filter
【摘要】 无刷直流电机最大的问题是会产生转矩脉动,这一问题限制了其应用与发展。针对这一问题,设计采用一种Boost变换器与卡尔曼滤波相结合的方法,通过Boost变换器提高母线电压补偿换相时电流的跌落,卡尔曼滤波获得更精准的转速信号,以减小电动机的转矩脉动。在MATLAB/Simulink环境下搭建系统模型进行仿真,并结合实验验证,结果证明所提出的方法能够有效的降低转矩脉动。
【Abstract】 The biggest problem of Brushless DC motor is producing torque ripple,which limits its application and development.To solve this problem,a designed solution is to combine a Boost converter and Kalman filter to reduce the torque ripple,in which system Kalman filter is contributed to achieve a more accurate speed signal with Boost converter improving the bus-bar voltage during communicating,to compensate current drop.The method has been emulated by putting the system model in the Simulink of MATLAB software and verified by the experiment,the result is available to prove that the proposed method can effectively reduce the torque ripple.
