基于条形码-RFID复合标签的资产盘点系统

【摘要】 目前资产盘点系统主要基于条形码标签,盘点时工作人员需要使用手持终端单件扫描物品表面的条形码标签。该方法存在工作量大、费时费力等问题。文中提出一种结合条形码-RFID的复合标签,该标签既保留条形码技术成熟稳定的特点,也整合了RFID在识别上高效方便的优点。基于复合标签的资产盘点系统既可以适应目前单件扫描模式,又能够批量读取资产标签,大幅减少了资产盘点的工作量。

【Abstract】 Asset inventory systems were mainly based on bar code labels,so that staffs needed to use the handheld terminal to scan the bar code labels. The traditional method was effectiveness for its heavy workload,time-consuming and labor-intensive. This paper presented a composite label that combined bar code and RFID,which not only retained the characteristics of bar code maturity and stability,but also integrated the high efficiency and convenience of RFID in the identification. Assets inventory system based on composite label was able to adapt to the current single-piece scanning mode and read asset tags in batches,greatly reducing the workload of asset inventory.
