ESPI图像的细化算法改进

【摘要】 ESPI图像的细化在基于条纹中心法的条纹信息提取中起着重要作用,同时对电子散斑干涉条纹图的精确判读也起着关键作用。文章对经典的ESPI图像细化算法进行了改进,在ESPI图像二值化前引入相位外延,同时对二值化后的图像进行多次非线性平滑。细化后的条纹图毛刺、分叉等明显减少,实验结果表明,改进后的细化算法提高了条纹信息提取的精确性,有利于条纹图像的精确判读。

【Abstract】 The ESPI image refinement plays an important role in the extraction of fringe information based on the fringe center method, and also plays a key role in the accurate interpretation of the electronic speckle fringe pattern. This paper improves the classical ESPI image refinement algorithm by introducing phase epitaxy before the ESPI image binarization, and performs multiple nonlinear smoothing on the binarized image. The burr and bifurcation of the fringe pattern after refinement are significantly reduced. The experimental results show that the improved refinement algorithm improves the accuracy of extracted fringe information and is conducive to accurate interpretation of fringe pattern.
