基于Smith预估的模糊PID在有机硅反应釜温度控制中的应用
Application of fuzzy PID based on Smith’s prediction in temperature control of organic silicon reactor
【摘要】 有机硅生产过程中,由于反应釜温度控制中存在延迟性、非线性等问题,文章设计一种基于Smith预估的模糊PID控制器,通过Smith补偿器解决温度延迟问题,利用模糊PID控制提高系统的响应速度,减小稳态误差。通过仿真实验结果表明,该控制方式可以有效的改善温度控制的效果,提高有机硅产品的产量和纯度。
【Abstract】 According to the problems of hysteresis and nonlinearity in temperature control of reaction kettle in the process of silicone production, this paper designs a kind of fuzzy PID controller based on Smith to forecast compensation, through Smith compensator to compensate the hysteresis delay problems, fuzzy control to improve system response speed, reduce the system steady-state error PID control. The simulation results show that the control method can effectively improve the temperature control effect and improve the yield and purity of organic silicon products.
