【Abstract】 Intertrochanteric fracture is a common and frequently occurring disease in the department of orthopedics, more common in the elderly. With the increase of life expectancy in china, the incidence of intertrochanteric fractures has an increasing trend. With the development of the disease and the development of science and technology, the means of treatment are becoming more and more diverse, but the indications and effects of various methods are not the same.
