【摘要】 探讨以IMB模型为理念的护理干预对老年尿毒症血液透析患者生活质量的影响.选取2016年1月-2017年5月德州市人民医院透析科血液透析治疗的尿毒症老年患者80例,按数字表法随机分为对照组和IMB组,各40例.对照组采用常规护理,IMB组在常规护理基础上采取护理干预.采用肾脏病或透析患者生活质量量表分别对两组患者护理干预前和护理干预后6个月的生活质量进行评价.护理干预前,两组患者KDQOL-SF^TM1.3量表中KDTA维度、SF-36维度及量表总分得分,差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）;护理干预6个月后,IMB组2个维度得分及量表总分,高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）.基于IMB模型为理念的护理干预对老年尿毒症血液透析患者生活质量提高有一定的作用.更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To access the effect of nursing intervention based on IMB model on quality of life in hemodialysis of aged uremic patients.Method This study consisted of 80 patients form dialysis section in Dezhou People Hospital.Patients in the control group received conventional nursing,and in the IMB group were given conventional nursing and nursing intervention.Use KDQOL-SF^TM1.3（Kidney Disease Quality of Life-short Form）to assess the quality of patients in before nursing intervention and after 6 months in nursing intervention.Result Before nursing intervention,the scorces of KDTA dimension,SF-36 dimension and KDQOL-SF^TM1.3 were not statistically significantly different（P>0.05）between control and IMB group patients,after 6 months in nursing intervention,the scorces of KDTA dimension,SF-36 dimension and KDQOL-SF^TM1.3 were not statistically significantly different（P>0.05）between control and experimental group patients.Conclusion Nusing intervention based on IMB model have effected on quality of life in hemodialysis of aged uremic patients.更多还原
