葛根素-Al3+体系的荧光猝灭效应及Al3+的分析测定

【摘要】 研究发现,在pH8.0的弱碱性溶液中,Al3+能明显地猝灭葛根素的荧光强度,据此可应用于Al3+的分析测定.在最佳实验条件下,猝灭的荧光强度与Al3+的浓度在一定范围内成线性关系,Al3+的检出限为9.2×10-8mol/L,与其它已报道的荧光分析方法灵敏度相当.本文还探讨了体系的光谱猝灭机理.

【Abstract】 It was found that in weak alkaline(pH8.0)buffer solution,Al3+can quench the fluorescence of puerarin,which can be used to determine the concent of Al3+ions.Under the optimal conditions,the quenched fluorescence intensity has a linear relationship with a certain concentration range of Al3+ions.The detection limit is 9.2×10-8 mol/L,which is similar to several reported fluorescent methods.Furthermore,the mechanism of fluorescence quenching was discussed.
