参芪口服液对运动性疲劳大鼠运动能力及氧化应激的影响

【摘要】 目的探讨参芪口服液对运动性疲劳大鼠运动能力及体内氧化应激系统的影响。方法 Wistar大鼠50只,随机分为空白对照组,模型组,参芪口服液低、中、高剂量组。参芪口服液每天给药1次,连续给药2周。除空白对照组外,其余4组均造大鼠游泳疲劳模型。分光光度法测定血浆中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)活性和丙二醛(MDA)、谷胱甘肽(GSH)含量。结果参芪口服液能显著延长游泳疲劳大鼠负重游泳时间。高、中、低剂量的参芪口服液均能显著升高血浆中SOD活性,降低LDH活性和MDA含量。高剂量参芪口服液可使GSH-Px活性显著升高。结论参芪口服液可从多个靶点对氧化应激发生发展的过程进行干预和逆转,从而起到保护机体、减轻疲劳的作用。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effects of Shenqi oral solution on sports capacity in the exercise-induced fatigue rats and its influence on oxidative stress system. Methods 50 of Wistar rats were randomly divided into five groups as follows: the control group, the model group, the low, medium and high dose of Shenqi oral solution groups. Shenqi oral solution was administered intragastrically once daily for 2 weeks. All the rats were induced fatigue by swimming except the control group.The activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD), glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px) and lactate dehydrogenase(LDH), and the levels of malondialdehyde(MDA) and glutathione(GSH) were determined by spectrophotometry. Results Shenqi oral solution significantly prolonged the swimming time in the exercise-induced fatigue rats. The SOD activity was significantly increased, the activity of LDH and the levels of MDA were dramatically decreased in the plasma of the fatigue rats after the low, medium and high dose of Shenqi oral solution treatment. Furthermore, the high dose of Shenqi oral solution markedly increased the GSHPx activity. Conclusion Shenqi oral solution played an important role in intervening and reversing the process of oxidative stress through interacting with multiple targets, thus reduced the sports fatigue and protected the body from physical damage.
