金银花超微粉与普通粉重复给药的安全性比较研究

【摘要】 旨在观察金银花超微粉与普通粉对大鼠的长期毒性,为临床安全用药提供科学依据。将Wistar大鼠140只,随机分为7组,即对照组,金银花超微粉低、中、高剂量组,金银花普通粉低、中、高剂量组。连续灌胃4周,分别于末次给药后及停药2周后,测定大鼠血液学、血液生化学、脏器系数、病理组织学变化。结果表明,给药期间各组大鼠血液学、血液生化学及脏器系数无异常变化,停药2周后,上述指标均正常。结果显示,给药期及恢复期重要脏器病理组织检查均未发现明显异常。说明金银花超微粉与传统粉重复用药对大鼠未见明显毒性反应,长期服用安全。

【Abstract】 To observe the long-term toxicity of honeysuckle superfine powder and common powder in rats,provide scientific basis for clinical safety medication,140 Wistar rats were randomly divided into 7 groups:control group,honeysuckle superfine powder and honeysuckle common powder low,medium,high dose groups.After 4 weeks of continuous administration,hematology,blood biochemistry,organ coefficients,histopathological lesions were measured after the last administration and after 2 weeks of withdrawal.There were no abnormal changes in hematology,blood biochemistry and organ coefficients of rats during the administration period.After 2 weeks of withdrawal,all above indexes were normal.There was no obvious abnormality in the pathological examination of vital organs in the medication and recovery periods.Long-term medication of honeysuckle superfine powder and common powder have no obvious toxicity,and they are safe.
