【摘要】 犬急性肾功能损伤(AKI)是一组临床综合征,也是一种犬常见的临床危急重病症。目前,国内兽医针对此病主要采用保守疗法,但效果甚微。通过对浙江大学附属动物医院6例AKI病例采用腹膜透析(PD)方式进行治疗,结果显示保守疗法不能缓解病情,而腹膜透析加上对症治疗能够有效稳定病情。因此,本试验将为犬急性肾功能损伤的治疗提供临床参考资料。更多还原

【Abstract】 The canine acute kidney injury(AKI)is a common acute serious illness in dogs.Currently,this disease is mainly treated with conservative method in China,but little effect.Through the studies of 6 cases of AKI treated with peritoneal dialysis(PD)in Animal Hospital of Zhejiang University,the results showed that conservative treatment is not effective for remission of disease,but peritoneal dialysis added with symptomatic treatment can effectively stabilize the condition.Therefore,this experiment will provide clinical reference for the treatment of canine acute kidney injury.更多还原
