半固态LiFePO4液流电池的研究与制备
Research and fabrication of semi-solid LiFePO4 flow batteries
【摘要】 半固态锂离子液流电池兼具锂离子电池的高比能量和液流电池的容量、功率可独立设计的优点,电池的活性物质悬浮于电解液中,因此,电池内部高效的电子传导成为实现电池反应的关键之一。通过优化电池的集流体、导电剂等研制了比能量为85 Wh/kg的半固态LiFePO4液流电池。同时,还研究、分析和阐述了影响半固态LiFePO4电池性能的各个关键因素的作用机制。
【Abstract】 Semi-solid lithium-ion flow batteries combine the advantages of high energy density of lithium-ion batteries with the advantages of the independent design of capacity and power originated from redox flow batteries. In a semi-solid lithium-ion flow battery, the cathodic and anodic active particles are suspended respectively in the cathodic and anodic electrolyte, on which the electrochemical reactions are occurred. The facile transferring of electrons among the active particles and between the active particles and the current collector is one of the key factors for efficient electrode reactions. In this paper, a semi-solid LiFePO4 flow battery with high energy density of 85 Wh/kg was fabricated by optimizing the current collector and the electronic conductive carbon blacks. Meanwhile, the key factors that influenced the performance of the semi-solid Li Fe PO4 battery were investigated.
