PEMFC金属双极板电化学测试的影响因素

【摘要】 在双极板电化学测试时通常使用Hg Cl2电极(SCE)。通过使用Hg2SO4电极作对比,探索SCE在测试时,游离出来的Cl-对电化学测试的影响。通过对比发现,在动电位极化测试中,SCE的腐蚀电流比Hg2SO4参比电极的腐蚀电流大一个数量级。在即时电流、恒电位测试中,阳极环境下的Hg2SO4参比电极的电流密度比SCE小一个数量级。开路电位测量时,Hg2SO4参比电极比SCE的开路电压较高,而且Hg2SO4参比电极测试液的开路电位在后期略有上升。

【Abstract】 Saturated calomel electrode(SCE) is commonly used in electrochemical testing of bipolar plates. The influence of free Cl-on the electrochemical test was investigated by using the Hg2 SO4 reference electrode to compare the Hg Cl2 reference electrode during the test. It is found that the corrosion current of SCE is one order of magnitude larger than that of Hg2 SO4 reference electrode in the potentiostatic polarization test. In the potentiostatic test, the current density of the Hg2 SO4 reference electrode in the anode environment is one order of magnitude less than that of SCE. When the open potential is measured, the open voltage of Hg2 SO4 reference electrode is higher than that of the SCE, and the open circuit potential of the Hg2 SO4 reference electrode test solution rises slightly at a later stage.
