喷雾压力对Si/C复合负极材料结构和性能的影响
Effect of spray pressure on structure and property of silicon/carbon composite anode material
【摘要】 通过机械球磨和喷雾干燥-热解法制得Si/C复合负极材料,借助X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)和电化学性能测试等手段,研究了工艺参数喷雾压力对合成材料结构、形貌和性能的影响。结果表明:喷雾压力为0.25 MPa所制得的Si/C复合材料具有较优的综合电化学性能,当电流密度为100 mA/g时充放电,首次放电比容量可以达到687.0mAh/g,首次充放电效率为78.2%;30周循环后的放电比容量仍有619.8 mAh/g,容量保持率达到90.2%。
【Abstract】 A series of silicon/carbon composite anode material were synthetized by mechanical milling, spray drying and high temperature pyrolysis. And the effects of spray pressure on the structure, morphology and performance of the composites were analyzed by XRD, SEM and electrochemical measurements. The results indicate that Si/C anode obtained from the pressure of 0.25 MPa, has good comprehensive electrochemical performances. The first discharge specific capacity of the composite is 687.0 mAh/g at a current density of 100 mA/g, and the initial coulombic efficiency is 78.2%. The discharge specific capacity still retains 619.8 mAh/g after 30 cycles with a capacity retention rate of 90.2%.
