直流充电法测量锂离子电池内阻

【摘要】 为保证锂离子电池的安全使用,需对其性能进行在线测量,而内阻是判断电池性能好坏的重要参数之一。通过对传统的交流注入法与脉冲放电法优缺点进行分析,提出一种可以在线测量且简单方便的直流充电法,并将该方法计算出的预测值与实际值进行比较实验。检测结果表明,该方法能够计算出较高精度的电池内阻。

【Abstract】 In order to ensure the safety of lithium ion batteries, it is necessary to measure the performance online, and the internal resistance is one of the important parameters to judge the performance of battery. By comparing the advantages and disadvantages of the traditional AC injection method and the pulsed discharge method, a simple DC current charging method was proposed, and the estimated value based on the proposed method and the actual value were compared. The results show that the method can accurately calculate the resistance of a battery.
