蓄电池充放电检测控制系统的研究与设计
Design and research of battery charge and discharge control system
【摘要】 基于脉宽调制整流技术,在分析当前蓄电池充放电装置存在的功率因数低、高次谐波污染等问题的基础上,研究和设计了一款蓄电池充放电检测控制装置。分析阐述了本装置的原理,对充放电装置电路、保护电路、检测电路、有源电子负载的控制电路及其软件、系统自动控制软件以及网压捕获软件等进行了完整设计,并在此基础上,进行了相关实验,给出了蓄电池充放电检测控制系统的性能参数。实际运行表明,本装置试制可行。
【Abstract】 Based on the analysis of the problems of low power factor and high harmonic pollution in battery charging and discharging device, a battery charging and discharging detection and control device based on pulse width modulation rectifier technology was researched and designed. The principle of the device was analyzed, the software and network capture software automatic control of charge discharge device circuit, protection circuit, detection circuit,control circuit of active electronic load and its software system were designed. And on these bases, the relevant tests give the performance parameters of the battery charge and discharge control and detection system. The actual operation shows that the trial production of this device is feasible.
