Al/Co和Al/Ni在CoCl2和NiCl2溶液中的产氢性能研究
Hydrogen generation of Al/Co and Al/Ni mixture in CoCl2 and NiCl2 solution
【摘要】 研究了Al/Co和Al/Ni混合物在CoCl2和NiCl2弱酸溶液中的产氢性能。弱酸溶液中,Al与Co或Ni组成微电池,有效地加速了铝的氧化以及氢气的产生。30℃时,混合物在CoCl2溶液中的产氢效果明显优于在NiCl2溶液中的产氢效果,表明Co诱导铝/水反应的能力明显优于Ni。随着温度的升高,Co发生团聚,诱导能力降低;而Ni的诱导能力则随着温度的升高而增强。
【Abstract】 Hydrogen generation based on Al/Co and Al/Ni in CoCl2 and NiCl2 solution was evaluated. Al was rapidly oxidized and hydrogen generated in this weak acid solution due to the formation of Al/Co or Al/Ni micro galvanic cell.The hydrogen yield and reaction rate of the mixture in CoCl2 solution was superior to that in NiCl2 solution, suggesting the induced effect of Co on Al-H2O reaction is better than Ni. The effect of Co decreased with increasing temperature due to the agglomeration, but it was enhanced for Ni.
