AGM隔板均匀性对铅酸电池性能的影响
Effect of AGM separator uniformity on performance of lead acid batteries
【摘要】 通过浊度仪原理对灌注胶体电解液后的铅酸蓄电池中AGM隔板的均匀性进行检测。通过该检测方法可对不同胶体电解液在不同AGM隔板的胶体电池中的分布均匀性进行研究,同时利用Minitab软件对所得电池的循环寿命及容量进行测试分析。结果表明,胶体电解液在电池中分布的均匀性对电池的性能有直接影响,当其分布越均匀时电池的循环性能越好。
【Abstract】 The principle of turbidity meter was used to test the uniformity of AGM separator in the lead acid battery.The distribution uniformity of different colloid electrolytes in gel batteries with different AGM separators was analyzed by the method. The cycle life and capacity of the battery were tested by using Minitab software. The results show that the distribution uniformity of the electrolyte in the battery has direct effect on the performance of the battery.
