电动汽车电池管理系统的建立及SOC准确估计

【摘要】 以STC12C5A60S2型单片机作为主控芯片,完成了电动汽车电池管理系统(BMS)的搭建,实现了参数采集、信息显示、安全报警和电池荷电状态(SOC)估计等主要功能。提出了开路电压法和安时法相结合的SOC估算方法,并进行了Matlab仿真。最后通过搭建的实验平台,对磷酸铁锂电池组进行模拟工况实验,电池SOC估算值误差在5%以内。验证了实验平台和软件系统的可靠性和估计算法的正确性。

【Abstract】 Using micro controller STC12 C5 A60 S2 as the main chip, the electric vehicle battery management system(BMS) platform was completed, achieving parameter collection, information display, security alarm and battery state of charge(SOC) estimation and other major functions. The SOC estimation method combined open circuit voltage with ampere hour method was proposed,and the Matlab simulation was carried out.Finally, the simulation working condition test for lithium iron phosphate battery was conducted by using the test platform. The SOC estimation error is less than5%.The reliability of the test platform and software system and accuracy of estimation algorithm were verified.
