介孔二氧化钛/石墨烯材料的制备与储锂性能
Preparation and lithium storage performance of mesoporous TiO2/rGO anode material for LIBs
【摘要】 采用溶剂热法制备介孔二氧化钛颗粒,探究了溶剂热反应时间对制备介孔结构的影响;采用APTES对二氧化钛进行表面电荷改性,探究了不同条件对表面电荷改性的影响;采用静电吸附法制备了介孔二氧化钛/石墨烯,并测试电化学性能。结果表明,二氧化钛的介孔结构和包覆石墨烯均有利于提高材料比容量、倍率性能及循环性能。
【Abstract】 Mesoporous TiO2 particles were prepared through solvothermal method, and modified by APTES to change the surface charge state. The effect of solvothermal reaction time and modifying conditions on the structure and properties of products was discussed. Mesoporous TiO2/rGO composites were synthesized by electrostatic adsorption method. The electrochemical tests reveal that the mesopore structure of TiO2 and composite structure with rGO are favorable to improve the capacity, rate capability and cycle performance during charge/discharge.
