氧化石墨制备氮掺杂氧还原反应电催化剂

【摘要】 用改进的Hummers法对石墨进行氧化处理,再将氧化石墨与氨气反应制备非贵金属氧还原反应催化剂。催化剂结构用红外光谱和X射线衍射谱表征,催化剂对氧还原反应催化活性用电化学线性电位扫描表征。结果表明,氧化石墨上会生成大量的-OH基、-COOH基和O-C-O键。在Mn的促进作用下,-COOH基和O-C-O键与氨气反应生成催化氧还原反应活性位。所得催化剂在酸性溶液中具有良好的稳定性和催化反应活性,其起始还原电位为0.60 V(vs.RHE)。

【Abstract】 Graphite was oxidized by modified Hummers method. Then the oxidized graphite was reacted with ammonia at high temperature to prepare a non-precious metal catalyst for oxygen reduction reaction(ORR). The structure of catalyst was characterized by FTIR and XRD. The catalytic activity for ORR was evaluated by electrochemical linear sweeping curve method. The results show that there are-OH,-COOH and O-C-O groups formed on the oxidized graphite in the oxidization process. The-COOH and O-C-O groups can react with ammonia to form the catalytic activity sites for ORR under the facilitation of Mn. The resulted catalyst has good stability in acidic solution and good activity for ORR with an onset potential of 0.6 V(vs.RHE).
