磺化聚醚醚酮/Nafion复合质子交换膜的制备及性能

【摘要】 以磺化聚醚醚酮(SPEEK)为原料,采用静电纺丝技术制备了SPEEK/Nafion复合膜(SP/NF),并采用热喷涂法在SP/NF膜上喷涂Nafion溶液制备了SPEEK/Nafion/Nafion复合膜(SP/NF/NF)。通过扫描电镜测试及红外光谱测试等方法对膜的物理结构进行了表征,同时测试了膜的吸水率、离子交换容量及质子传导率,并将复合膜组装成单电池测试了电池性能。结果表明,SP/NF/NF复合膜的质子传导率及单电池测试的最高功率密度均高于Nafion 212膜,且复合膜的成本低于Nafion膜,显示了其作为质子交换膜应用于燃料电池系统的潜能。

【Abstract】 A series of composite membranes containing sulfonated poly(ether ether ketone)(SPEEK) and Nafion were prepared by electrospinning technique and hot spraying. The morphology and chemical structure of the membranes were characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and fourier transform infrared spectra(FT-IR). The water uptake, ion exchange capacity(IEC) and proton conductivity of the membranes were also investigated. Moreover, the single cell performance tests show that SP/NF/NF membranes have better polarization performance and higher power density than Nafion 212 membrane. The results reveal that the composite membranes have great potential as low cost and high performance proton exchange membranes for PEMFC system.
