【摘要】 目的研究综合护理对美罗华治疗非霍奇金淋巴瘤的影响。方法选取2016年1月至2016年12月本院收治的38例非霍奇金淋巴瘤患者为研究对象,根据电脑随机分配的原则将分为对照组和观察组,各19例。所有患者均实施美罗华治疗,对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施综合护理。比较两组患者领悟社会支持评分和不良反应发生率。结果观察组非霍奇金淋巴瘤患者领悟社会支持评分显著高于对照组(P <0.05)。观察组非霍奇金淋巴瘤病患者不良反应发生率显著低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论美罗华治疗非霍奇金淋巴瘤的同时给予其综合护理干预,能够显著降低不良反应发生率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of comprehensive nursing care on the treatment of non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma with rituximab. Methods A total of 38 patients with non-hodgkin lymphoma admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to December 2016 were selected as study objects. All the patients were treated with rituximab. The control group were given routine nursing,and the observation group were given comprehensive nursing. The social support score and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The social support score of non-hodgkin lymphoma was significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group(P <0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The combined nursing intervention for the treatment of non-hodgkin’s lymphoma can significantly reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.更多还原
