【摘要】 目的探讨精细个体化¹³¹I治疗Grave’s病合并胸腺增生患者的疗效。方法回顾2013年至2017年间7例经过精细个体化¹³¹I治疗的Grave’s病合并胸腺增生病例,治疗后半年随访甲状腺功能及胸腺大小的变化。结果 7例Grave’s病合并胸腺增生患者经精细个体化¹³¹I治疗后,5例甲亢完全缓解,1例部分缓解,1例甲减;7例增生的胸腺组织均显著缩小（前后径×左右径:13.3±2.47 vs.7.36±1.39,P <0.05）。结论精细个体化¹³¹I治疗Grave’s病合并胸腺增生疗效显著,可缓解甲亢症状,有效控制胸腺增生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the efficacy of fine individualized ¹³¹I in the treatment of Grave’s disease complicated with thymic hyperplasia. Methods From 2013 to 2017,7 cases of thymic hyperplasia complicated with thymic hyperplasiatreated by fine individualized ¹³¹I treatment were reviewed. The changes of thyroid function and the size of thymus were compared after 6-month treatment. Results Seven patients with Grave’s disease and thymic hyperplasia were treated with ¹³¹I,5 patients were completely relieved,1 patient was partially relieved and 1 patient was hypothyroidism. The thymic tissues of 7 cases were significantly reduced（anteroposterior diameter×left and right diameter:13.3±2.47 vs. 7.36±1.39,P<0.05）. Conclusion Grave’s disease combined with thymic hyperplasia has a significant therapeutic effect,which could alleviate hyperthyroidism and effectively control thymic hyperplasia.更多还原
