【摘要】 目的观察针刺优选法结合现代康复治疗脑卒中后偏瘫的临床疗效。方法选取本院收治的91例脑卒中后偏瘫患者为研究对象,随机分为两组。对照组给予常规针刺法联合现代康复治疗;观察组给予针刺优选法结合现代康复治疗。持续治疗4周,对比两组治疗效果。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组(P <0.05)。观察组治疗后生活自理能力、运动功能均优于对照组(P <0.05)。观察组治疗后生活质量优于对照组(P <0.05)。结论针刺优选法结合现代康复治疗用于脑卒中后偏瘫,疗效显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture and modern rehabilitation on hemiplegia after stroke. Methods Ninety-one patients with hemiplegia after stroke were selected and divided into two groups. The control group was given conventional acupuncture combined with modern rehabilitation therapy,while the observation group was given acupuncture combined with modern rehabilitation therapy. After 4 weeks of continuous treatment,the effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). The self-care ability and motor function of the observation group were better than those of the control group after treatment(P<0.05). The quality of life of the observation group after treatment was better than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Acupuncture combined with modern rehabilitation therapy is effective in treating post-stroke hemiplegia.更多还原
