【摘要】 目的探讨健康教育和心理护理在妇科肿瘤患者护理中的应用。方法选取2017年1月至2018年1月在本院肿瘤科治疗的108例妇科肿瘤患者,随机分为两组,均采用手术切除术后辅助放化疗治疗的方式,对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予健康教育和心理护理,比较两组患者的心理状态、生活质量。结果观察组护理后SDS和SAS评分显著低于对照组(P <0.05);观察组护理后躯体功能、角色功能、情绪功能、认知功能、社会功能等QLD-C30功能量表评分均显著高于对照组(P <0.05);观察组护理后疲劳、疼痛、食欲丧失、恶心、呼吸困难等QLD-C30症状量表评分均显著低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论健康教育和心理护理在妇科肿瘤患者护理中的应用效果显著,能有效减轻患者的负面心理状态,改善生存质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the application of healthy education and psychological nursing in the nursing of gynecological tumors. Methods A total of 108 patients with gynecologic tumors were randomly divided into two groups. They were treated with adjuvant radiotherapy and chemotherapy after surgical resection. The control group was given routine nursing. The observation group was given health education and psychological nursing. The psychological status and quality of life of the two groups were compared. Results SDS and SAS scores were significantly decreased compared with the control group(P<0.05). The QLD-C30 function scale score of the observation group after nursing was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). The score of QLD-C30 symptom scale was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Health education and psychological nursing in patients with gynecological tumors the application effect is remarkable,patients can effectively reduce the negative psychological state,and improve the quality of life.更多还原
