【摘要】 目的分析芪蛭丹黄胶囊治疗高血压并发高同型半胱氨酸血症中的临床疗效。方法选取本院收治的90例高血压合并高同型半胱氨酸血症患者作为研究对象,随机分为3组。中药治疗组、中西医结合治疗组以及阳性对照组,各30例。中药治疗组采用降压基础治疗联合芪蛭丹黄胶囊,中西医结合治疗组采用降压基础治疗联合芪蛭丹黄胶囊+叶酸,阳性对照组采用降压基础治疗联合叶酸。3组均持续用药8周,观察治疗前后血压和血浆同型半胱氨酸水平变化。结果 3组治疗后血压均有明显下降(P <0.05),但组内比较差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05);中西医结合治疗组的Hcy水平改善幅度显著高于中药治疗组和阳性对照组(P <0.05)。结论芪蛭丹黄胶囊在高血压并发高同型半胱氨酸血症中具有较好的应用效果,并且与叶酸的联合应用能够有效降低血浆同型半胱氨酸水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of Qizhi Danjuang Capsule in the treatment of hypertension complicated with hyperhomocysteinemia. Methods A total of 90 cases of hypertension with hyperhomocysteinemia treated in our hospital were selected as the subjects. The patients were divided into 3 groups according to the random grouping: the treatment group of Chinese medicine,the combination of Chinese and Western medicine and the positive control group,30 cases in each group. The treatment group of traditional Chinese medicine combined with the basic treatment of hypotension and Qizhi Danjuang Capsule,the group of Chinese and Western medicine combined with the basic treatment of antihypertensive therapy combined with the Qi leech Dan Huang capsule + folic acid,the positive control group was treated with the basic treatment of hypotension combined with folic acid. The 3 groups were treated for 8 weeks. The changes of blood pressure and plasma homocysteine were observed before and after treatment. Results The blood pressure of the 3 groups was decreased(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in the group(P>0.05),and the improvement of the Hcy level in the combined treatment group was significantly higher than that of the traditional Chinese medicine treatment group and the positive control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Qizhi Danjuang Capsule has good application effect in hypertension complicated with hyperhomocysteinemia,and combined with folic acid can effectively reduce the level of plasma homocysteine.更多还原
