【摘要】 目的通过对住院患者发生跌倒现状进行调查,分析跌倒原因,为护理管理者制定预防或减少跌倒方案提供依据。方法选取本院收治的70 667例患者跌倒相关情况进行统计。结果跌倒风险评分≥4分患者总床日数695 714 d、20例患者发生跌倒,发生率为0.029%,低于全国全省水平;伤害率90%,其中11例患者Ⅱ级伤害,7例患者Ⅲ级伤害;在内科片区、高龄、高风险患者、低层级护士、凌晨发生率最高。结论内科住院患者跌倒风险高,需积极分析因素,加强防控。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Through the investigation of the current situation of falls in hospitalized patients,the causes of falls were analyzed to provide the basis for nursing administrators to make the prevention or reduction of falls. Methods A total of 70 667 cases with tumble relevant condition were selected and analyzed. ResultsPatients with fall risk score ≥4 had bed day of 695 714,20 patients had tumble,occurrence rate was 0.029%,lower than nationwide and whole province level;injury rate was 90%,11 cases with Ⅱ degree injury,7 cases with Ⅲ degree injury;internal medicine area,advanced age,high-risk patient,low-level nurse and morning had the highest incidence rate. Conclusion Medical inpatients have the highest incidence rate of tumble,positive analysis of factors and prevention and control should be paid attention.更多还原
