先天性心脏病儿童血清NT-proBNP及CTGF的表达
Relationship Between Serum NT-proBNP and CTGF Levels and Pulmonary Artery Pressure in Children with Congenital Heart Disease
【摘要】 目的观察NT-pro BNP、CTGF在先天性心脏病合并肺动脉高压(PAH)患者中的表达。方法选取先天性心脏病合并肺动脉高压患儿,分为无PAH组、伴PAH组(轻、中、重度),并选取健康儿童作为对照组,比较3组血清中NT-pro BNP及CTGF的水平。结果与对照组比较,先天性心脏病患儿血清NT-pro BNP及CTGF明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与无PAH组比较,轻度和中重度PAH组血清NT-pro BNP及CTGF水平均明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);中、重度PAH组血清NT-pro BNP及CTGF水平均显著高于轻度PAH组(P<0.05)。结论血清NT-pro BNP及CTGF在CHD并PAH患儿中升高可能是先天性心胀病合并PAH形成和发展的重要因素,能一定程度反映肺动脉压力的变化。
【Abstract】 Objective To observe the expression of NT-pro BNP and CTGF in congenital heart disease patients with pulmonary hypertension(PAH). Methods Children with congenital heart disease complicated with pulmonary hypertension were divided into PAH-free group and PAH-free group(mild,moderate and severe). The levels of NTpro BNP and CTGF in serum of healthy children were compared. Results Compared with the control group,serum NTpro BNP and CTGF were significantly higher in children with congenital heart disease(P<0.05). The levels of NTpro BNP and CTGF in mild and moderate to severe PAH group were higher than those in non-PAH group(P<0.05). The levels of NT-pro BNP and CTGF in moderate and severe PAH group were higher than those in mild PAH group(P<0.05). Conclusion The increase of serum NT-pro BNP and CTGF in children with CHD and PAH may be an important factor in the formation and development of CHD and PAH,which can reflect the change of pulmonary artery pressure to a certain extent.
