【摘要】 随着集成电路技术的飞速发展,DSP广泛应用于视频和通信领域,包括移动蜂窝网络和宽带无线基站以及国防军事装备。为筛选出合格的元器件,其测试技术得到重视及研究。简要介绍了DSP的重要组成部分,提出一种基于应用模式的DSP测试方法。研究使用测试机代替实装测试板测试的新方法,使用测试机代替Flash向DSP电路灌入相应程序,将实装功能测试部分移植到测试机上实现,同时可以在测试机上实现一些简单的直流参数测试。最后通过代码指令解读,可以全面掌握TI公司TMS320C6000系列DSP电路的程序加载过程,实现正向开发TI公司TMS320C6000系列DSP电路测试代码。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of integrated circuit technology, DSP is widely used in video and communications fields, including 3 G cellular and broadband wireless base stations, and defense and military equipment. In order to screen out the qualified chip, its testing technology has been paid attention to and studied.We briefly introduced the important part of DSP and proposed a DSP test method based on application mode.Research on the use of test machine instead of test board of real equipment is a new test method. We use test machine enter the corresponding program to the DSP circuit instead of Flash. We transplant the function from real equipment to the test machine. At the same time, we can achieve some simple DC parameters test in the test machine. Through the interpretation of the code instructions, we can fully grasp program loading process of TMS320C6000 circuit. TMS320C6000 circuit test code can be positive developed.更多还原
