基于灵活性时序场景的交直流配电网规划
AC/DC Distribution Network Planning Based on Flexibility Time Series
【摘要】 提出了一种基于灵活性时序场景的交直流配电网双层规划模型。该模型能够在最大化系统灵活性供需平衡的同时,兼顾社会经济效益的最大化。首先提出了一种系统典型灵活性时序场景的构建方法,研究了灵活性需求的典型时序特征。基于灵活性需求时序场景,建立上层模型以获得系统灵活性资源的最优调配方案;采用基于网格划分的多目标粒子群算法进行求解,构建系统灵活性资源的时序场景。下层模型在最优灵活性资源时序场景下,对原有的交流配电网进行了交直流改造,证明了交直流配电网在社会、经济效益上的优越性。
【Abstract】 This paper proposed a bi-level planning model of AC/DC distribution network based on flexibility time series scenario. This model can maximize the flexibility of the system while taking into account the maximization of social and economic benefits. First of all,this paper proposed a method for constructing a typical time-series of system flexibility,and studied the typical timing characteristics of the flexibility requirement. Based on the time sequence of flexibility requirements,an upper-level model was established to obtain the optimal deployment plan for system flexibility resources,and a multi-objective particle swarm optimization algorithm based on grid partition was used to solve the scenario to build a time-series scenario of system flexibility resources. Under the optimal flexible resource timing scenario,the lower model performs AC-DC transformation on the original AC distribution network,which proves the superiority of the AC-DC distribution network in terms of social and economic benefits.
