超级电容器充放电控制策略的研究
Research on Charging-Discharging Control Strategy of Supercapacitor
【摘要】 介绍了一种将各超级电容器单体相互作为均压元件的均压策略,解决了因单体容量、初始电压等因素不同而出现的充电速率不同的问题。针对直流放电过程中电压输出不稳定的问题,采用带有PI调节的Boost升压电路实现了直流电压的稳定输出。针对交流用电场合,通过AT89C51单片机控制并借助单相全桥逆变电路实现了交流电压的稳定输出,并通过A/D转换模块实现了所含电量的可视化。最后,通过PSIM、Proteus仿真软件验证了所述电路的有效性。
【Abstract】 This paper presented a method for each single supercapacitor to be used as a voltage equalizer component,solving the problem of different charging rate due to different factors such as monomer capacity and initial voltage. For the problem of unstable DC output voltage,the Boost circuit with PI regulation is used to realize stable output of DC voltage. For the problem of alternating voltage,through AT89 C51 microcontroller with the singlephase full bridge inverter circuit to realize stable output of AC voltage,making a visualization of the energy contained through A/D conversion module. Finally,the effectiveness of the circuit was verified by PSIM and Proteus simulation software.
