【Abstract】 The discipline service team of university library is committed to providing in-depth and professional discipline services for the teaching and research of the university,and supporting the discipline construction.Many domestic research universities have set up subject service of library,how to evaluate the construction of university library subject service team and explore effective discipline service team operation mode,thus become an important research topic.Based on literature review and with the introduction of data envelopment analysis,the paper takes calculation of input and output efficiency,makes analysis of service team in colleges and universities,find out the main factors influencing the subject service team construction,and finally puts forward the corresponding countermeasures for reference.更多还原
