高校图书馆文献资源学科化建设的探索、实践与思考——以北京大学图书馆为例
Exploration,Practice and Thoughts on the Subject Resources Development in University Libraries:A Case Study of Peking University Library
【摘要】 从学科馆员制度的实施入手,通过分析制约发展瓶颈的原因,在重新梳理学科馆员制度的基础上,提出学科化采访与学科服务协同化发展、高校图书馆开展学科化资源建设的思路。并以北京大学图书馆为例,重点从学科化采访的定位和创新实践探索两个方面进行阐述,包括向学科采访转型的岗位设置、运作模式、组织实施、用户导向和系统支撑等几个方面,分析和总结了北京大学图书馆近年来学科化采访转型的经验和思考,并提出了今后的发展方向。
【Abstract】 Based on the practice of subject librarian system in university libraries,this article suggests that the integration of subject resources development and subject service is a trend.Subject oriented collection development is a new role of library’s acquisition work.Taking Peking University Library as an example,this article focuses on the orientation and innovative practice of the subject resource development,analyzes and summarizes the experience and thinking of the subject resource development in the recent years,and puts forward the future direction.
