过氧化钙制备实验中氨水的用量分析

【摘要】 从反应热力学以及实验设计比较两方面出发,研究氨水对CaCl2和H2O2反应制备CaO2的影响。发现氨水用量与过氧化钙产量相关,当NH3/Ca2+摩尔比小于2时,CaCl2无法反应完全;当NH3/Ca2+摩尔比为2时,过氧化钙产量增加,且无过多氢氧化钙杂质生成,较为符合制备反应的实验设计。

【Abstract】 The ammonia usage in CaO2 preparation through CaCl2 and H2O2 was investigated by the reaction thermodynamics and the designed experiments. The results show that calcium peroxide production is related with the ammonia usage. When the molar ratio of NH3/Ca2+ is less than 2, CaCl2 could not converse completely. With the molar ratio of NH3/Ca2+ reaching 2,high amount of CaO2 and small amount of Ca(OH)2 were achieved. This molar ratio of 2 is suggested to be reasonable in the CaO2 preparation design.
