百瓦级小型气体轴承斯特林发电机研究

【摘要】 为了给未来深空探测同位素电源提供高效、高比功率的热电转换方式,对100 W小型线性整体式气体轴承斯特林发电机进行了设计和实验研究。通过Sage整机热力学设计、Maxwell直线电机动力学分析、气体轴承CFD模拟,设计了输出电功率为100 W的气体轴承斯特林发电机。搭建样机并进行了测试,在充气压力2.36 MPa、热端温度625℃、水冷散热20℃时可获得最大电功输出102.9 W,净效率为25.8%。发电机的重量仅为3.5 kg,比功率达到29.4 W/kg。实验中发电机运行平稳,所支承的活塞长时间运行后无磨损迹象,验证了该气体轴承方案的可行性。

【Abstract】 To supply a thermoelectric conversion method with high efficiency and high specific power for the isotope power supply system used in deep space exploration,a small linear integral gas-bearing Stirling generator with 100 W level was designed and experimentally studied. The gas-bearing Stirling generator was designed by thermodynamic simulation using Sage,linear alternator dynamics analysis based on Maxwell,and gas bearing CFD simulation. A prototype was built and tested,the maximum output electric power was 102. 9 W and the net efficiency was 25. 8% with the charge pressure of 2. 36 MPa,the hot end temperature of 625 ℃,and the water cooling temperature of 20 ℃. The weight of the generator is only3. 5 kg and the specific power reaches 29. 4 W/kg. The generator operated smoothly in the experiment,with piston has no wear and tear after long operation,which verifies the feasibility of the gas bearing scheme.
