【摘要】 视频Qo E是终端用户对视频应用服务的主观感受,它能反映视频质量与主观期望之间的差距。根据AHP层次分析法的原理,将Qo E分成网络服务质量、视频内容服务、视频特性服务、终端设备层级、用户属性层级、心理期望层级、自然社会环境七个一级影响层级,每个一级层级包括多个二级层级,从而获得视频Qo E评价模型。通过一致性指标及一致性比率计算出每个层级所占权重。该评价模型可以作为视频体验质量评价量化的依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Video Qo E is the subjective feeling of end users to video application service,which can reflect the gap between video quality and subjective expectation. According to the principle of AHP method,Video Qo E is divided into 7 parts: network quality of service,video content,video properties service,terminal equipment,user attributes,psychological expectation,and natural social environment,each of which includes multiple secondary levels. It is designed to obtain video Qo E evaluation model. The weight of each hierarchy is calculated through the consistency index and the consistency ratio.
