玄武岩纤维-橡胶粉改性混凝土抗渗与干缩性能试验

【摘要】 针对玄武岩纤维对混凝土抗渗性不利与橡胶粉会增加混凝土干缩的问题,开展了不同橡胶粉掺量与不同纤维掺量、纤维长度下玄武岩纤维-橡胶粉改性混凝土的抗氯离子渗透性试验与干缩试验,考察了二者复掺下混凝土的抗渗与干缩性能。试验结果表明,合理复掺模式下,玄武岩纤维与橡胶粉能起到良好的互补作用,消除彼此对混凝土耐久性的不良影响。

【Abstract】 Basalt fiber has adverse effect on concrete impermeability, while rubber powder can increase drying shrinkage of concrete. In order to study on impermeability and drying shrinkage of concrete after compounding, chloride-penetration resistance tests and drying shrinkage tests of basalt fiberrubber powder modified concrete with various fiber and powder content and with different fiber length were conducted. Results indicate that in a reasonable compounding mode, rubber powder can compensate the adverse effect on impermeability caused by basalt fiber, while basalt fiber can restrain the shrinkage increase caused by rubber powder, eliminating negative effects on concrete durability.
